PHPgirder is a set of PHP classes and PHP pages that are used as a framework from which to build complete PHP applications. PHPgirder provides a secure user interface between the web user and the database backend through database level user access controls, application level user access controls, and openssl encryption of sensitive information. PHPgirder is a fully functional application by itself but does not provide content generation beyond the basic user authentication and menu pages. Additional features such as content generation are provided by add on modules which are developed to work with PHPgirder and can be installed and configured along with the PHPgirder framework to create a functioning web site.
