This is managing the resources needed to ensure that a project is finished on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the end user. Project managers use tools such as PERT and Gantt charts for scheduling all the tasks that need to be completed. They are conscious of managing time, scope and resources for a project.

FDDPMA
FDDPMA is a web-based application that manages software projects. It facilitates iterative development by reducing FDD management overhead, producing graphical progress reports, providing a workplace where all the FDD related documentation is collected.
FDD stands for Feature Driven Development. This is one of the agile (aka lightweight) software development methodologies. One of the most famous agile methodologies is eXtreme Programming (XP).
