EuroPOS
EuroPOS is an integrated, multiuser point-of-sale (with some accounting) program for computer systems running any OS with Perl support (Windows, Linux/*NIX, Mac, etc.). It allows businesses to track inventory, sales, customers, and other accounting tasks in a single or multi register setup. EuroPOS is designed for both retail stores and restaurants. The project derives L'nePOS, and is a port of it to a multi-platform environment and MySQL (instead of PostgreSQL). A better error/warnings handling has been added, along with a complete internationalization of the package.
EuroPOS is meant for people who are not familiar with computer systems. Its learning curve is equal to zero. Every person who can use a cash drawer can use EuroPOS also. EuroPOS mimics the look and the functionality of a cash drawer, but it is also a strong, complete and professional package.
