openharmonise
openharmonise is a metadata, taxonomy and content management system written in Java and based upon the WebDAV standard. Unlike traditional CMSs it focuses on metadata management and integrates that with content management and publishing.
openharmonise is written in 100% Java. It exposes content and metadata over a WebDAV implementation as well as XML web services. A pluggable database abstraction layer ensures database independence. Publication to the web is via a template language and XSLT transformation. There is also a rich client application written in Java Swing which allows users to carry out the full range of content, metadata, user, security and publication management tasks.
