Comodo Anti Spam uses an anti spam passcode to authenticate senders sending you email. Requests to 'get-mail' generated by your email client are intercepted by Comodo AntiSpam Desktop running on your computer. It then gets the mail from the server and authenticates the sender of each message. If the sender of a particular message is already 'allowed', the message is immediately passed to your inbox. If the sender of a particular message is already 'blocked', the message is either immediately deleted or is stored in the Quarantine Database (QDB) for a prescribed period of time, whichever you choose.
